Roguelite ‘Coromon: Rogue Planet’ in Development for Release on iOS, Android, Switch, and Steam in 2025

TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of Coromon, the popular monster-collecting game from TRAGsoft, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free) will launch next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android. This new title promises to combine the turn-based combat of its predecessor with roguelite elements, creating a highly replayable monster-collecting experience. The Steam page highlights 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:

The original Coromon is available for free on mobile. It will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile, especially in comparison to its simultaneous release on Switch and Steam. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly appealing. Based on the Steam screenshots, it seems perfectly suited for short bursts of play. In the meantime, the original Coromon is available for free on iOS.
