InZOI's game director, Hyungjun "KJoon" Kim, has revealed intriguing details about the game's paranormal elements. Players will gain limited control over ghosts, a mechanic intrinsically linked to the game's karma system.
This karma system tracks player actions, influencing not only their current lives but also their afterlife. Good deeds ensure a peaceful transition, while negative actions may condemn players to an afterlife as a restless spirit. To escape this spectral existence, ghosts must atone for their past karmic debts.
