Royal Petrol Gas Station Rewards Program

Royal Petrol LLP is the owner of fuel station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - The Royal Petrol loyalty program rewards regular and new customers at Royal Petrol gas stations and Continent mini markets. Participants can earn bonus points (Bonuses), receive special discounts and personalized offers based on their purchasing interests.

Rules - The official terms and conditions of the loyalty program for members.

Participant - An individual aged 14 or older who is legally permitted to make everyday retail transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Each participant must hold a valid individual identification number issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - Personal details provided by an individual during Program registration. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection." Processing may include advertising and informational communications via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone calls, and postal mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. This consent remains valid until the Participant submits a written withdrawal.

Virtual Card - An electronic card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Site - The Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, containing details about the Program.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - Reward units awarded by the Company when Participants purchase goods at Royal Petrol stations under Program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses can only be used for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – A record in the Program Database that tracks earned, used, and available Bonuses for each Participant.
