Cassette Beasts Finally Arrives on Android!
After numerous delays, Cassette Beasts, developed by Bytten Studio and published by Raw Fury, has finally launched globally on Android. This follows its initial release on PC two years ago.
For those unfamiliar, Cassette Beasts is a unique RPG centered around cassette tapes and monster fusion. (If you're unsure what a cassette tape is, a quick online search will enlighten you!)
Gameplay:
You awaken stranded on the bizarre island of New Wirral, a place where monsters roam freely and people transform into creatures to battle them. The island's very existence seems tied to cassette tapes.
Your objective: escape New Wirral. To do so, you'll utilize a cassette player to record and then transform into monsters. Build relationships with Harbourtown's inhabitants to fuse monster forms, creating powerful hybrid creatures with virtually limitless combinations.
Exploration and Combat:
New Wirral offers a vast world to explore, filled with dungeons, puzzles, and hidden areas accessible only with specific monster abilities. Master skills like gliding, swimming, climbing, and even magnetism to uncover all the island's secrets.
Combat is turn-based and incorporates an elemental system. Strategic combination of elemental types allows you to manipulate enemies, enhance your team, and even alter opponent elements mid-battle.
Controller Support and Availability:
Bluetooth controller support is included, though minor glitches may occur. The game is free-to-play and available now on the Google Play Store.
