Miraibo GO's first in-game season, "Abyssal Souls," arrives just in time for Halloween, bringing a chilling new adventure to mobile and PC players. Following a successful launch with over 100,000 Android downloads, this update introduces a spooky, Halloween-themed event.
For those unfamiliar, Miraibo GO is a mobile game similar to PalWorld, where players explore a vast open world, capturing, battling, and caring for diverse creatures called Mira. These range from massive reptilian Mira to adorable avian and small mammal-like creatures. Over a hundred Mira exist, each with unique skills, abilities, and elemental affinities. Strategic combat hinges on understanding Mira strengths, weaknesses, and terrain advantages. Beyond battling, players manage their base, assigning Mira to various tasks like building, resource gathering, and farming.
The game features a "Season Worlds" system. Each season introduces a new temporal rift, accessing a parallel dimension with unique Mira, buildings, progression, items, and gameplay mechanics. Season rewards are determined by player progress and redeemable in the main game world.
Abyssal Souls introduces a Halloween-themed island created by the Annihilator, a powerful new Mira, along with minions like Darkraven, Scaraber, and Voidhowl. Players must defeat these Mira, keeping in mind that monsters are stronger at night. This season adjusts gameplay; leveling increases health instead of attributes, and a new Souls system offers stat bonuses (lost upon defeat, but equipment and Mira are retained). A new PvP system, featuring free-for-all battles on the Annihilator's island, provides opportunities for quick loot or soul loss.
Rewards include Spectral Shards for special items, along with new buildings (Abyss Altar, Pumpking Lamp, Mystic Cauldron), a secret Ruin Arena for PvP and a Ruin Defense Event, and Halloween-themed cosmetics.
