Trading in Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2 offers two primary trading methods: direct in-game trades and the official trading website. Let's explore both.

In-Game Trading

If you're in the same game instance, right-click a player's character and select "Trade." Both players then choose items for exchange. Confirm the trade once you're both satisfied.

Alternatively, use global chat or direct messages to arrange trades. Right-click a player's name in chat, invite them to your party, teleport to their location, and then initiate the trade via right-click.

The Path of Exile 2 Trade Market

The game features an auction-style marketplace accessible only through the official trade website (link omitted for brevity). You'll need a linked PoE account.

To buy, use the website's filters to locate desired items. Click "Direct Whisper" to send an in-game message to the seller, arrange a meeting, and complete the transaction.

Selling requires a Premium Stash Tab (purchased from the in-game shop). Place the item in the Premium Stash, set it to "Public," and optionally set a price via right-click. The item will automatically appear on the trade site. Awaiting a buyer's in-game message to finalize the trade completes the process.

This covers the essentials of Path of Exile 2's trading system. For further game tips and troubleshooting (e.g., PC freezing), consult additional resources.
