SMSBUS offers commission-free cashless payment for public transport fares directly from your Kazakhstani mobile phone balance.

Using SMSBUS:

Present your electronic ticket on your phone screen to drivers or transit inspectors for fare verification.
Your e-ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination. Access valid tickets in the "Valid Tickets" section and view past trips in "Travel Details."

Reasons for Payment Failure:

Corporate mobile numbers.
Outstanding trust payments.
No balance replenishment since number activation.
Unused starting balance.
SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours.

Virtual Transport Cards:

The app allows you to create a free virtual transport card. Regular and student cards can be registered through self-service. Other preferential cards require in-person registration at a company office with supporting documentation. Top up your virtual card via the app or through banking apps like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

Camera: QR code scanning.
Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (GPS-based bus code identification), route planning (including transfers) from your location to a chosen destination (map or address input).
