Embrace your inner ghoul and enjoy complete radiation immunity—radiation will actually heal you! However, be warned: some factions may become hostile towards ghouls, adding a new layer of strategic interaction to the game.
Available to players level 50 and above, this transformation eliminates the need to worry about hunger and thirst. But it also introduces a new challenge: managing your feral progression and radiation levels. Higher radiation levels unlock unique perks, creating exciting strategic possibilities. You can even decorate your C.A.M.P. with radioactive themed items to fully embrace your new ghoul aesthetic. And if you decide the ghoul life isn't for you, you can revert to human form at any time.
