Eldgear's Story: A World on the Brink

Argenia, transitioning from a medieval past into a magically-infused future, is a land of hundreds of nations vying for power in largely uncharted territories. The discovery of potent ancient technology ignites conflict, culminating in a devastating war. Though the fighting subsides, the fragile peace remains precarious.

Enter Eldia, a global task force central to the narrative. Their mission: prevent the ancient weapons and machines from sparking another catastrophic war. They meticulously research, monitor, and control access to these powerful artifacts.

Strategic Combat and Unique Mechanics

Eldgear's turn-based combat offers strategic depth. The core mechanics, however, introduce a layer of complexity. The EMA (Embedding Abilities) system allows equipping three abilities per unit, usable at any time – from stat boosts to tactical options like Stealth and bodyguard functions.

The EXA (Expanding Abilities) system unlocks devastating special moves upon reaching maximum Tension during battles. Adding to the intrigue are the enigmatic GEAR machines, some benevolent guardians, others dangerous foes. See them in action below!
