How To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Playing games with friends is always more fun, but sometimes, one player might become the weak link. In R.E.P.O., however, this is less of a problem as squad members regularly find themselves needing a revive thanks to the game's challenging monsters. Here's how to revive fallen teammates in R.E.P.O.

What To Do If a Teammate Dies in R.E.P.O.

Each round in R.E.P.O. starts with 100 health. You'll lose health battling monsters or even from your own items, like Human Grenades. Health Packs in the Service Station provide healing, and teammates can share health by interacting with each other's health bars – a unique mechanic!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes R.E.P.O.'s monsters overwhelm your squad. When a teammate dies, their head falls to the ground. Locate it—either by searching the area or checking the map for a small icon matching their character color. Finding the head is just the first step.

With the head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head there; provided you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. Entering the truck will give them some additional health.

Alternatively, if retrieving the head isn't feasible, starting a new round will revive your teammate. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system allows dead players to return at the start of a new round. While this method leaves your team slightly weaker, it can be strategically advantageous, especially for newer players who can observe experienced teammates in action before rejoining the fight.
