Война — это та самая классическая детская карточная игра, в которую играл почти каждый. Правила невероятно просты: игроки делят колоду поровну, затем каждый переворачивает верхнюю карту из своей стопки. Игрок с картой старшего достоинства забирает обе и кладет их в низ своей стопки. Если карты равны по значению, начинается «война». Во время войны каждый игрок кладет еще две карты рубашкой вверх, а затем третью карту — лицом вверх. Владелец старшей открытой карты выигрывает все карты, разыгранные в этом раунде. Цель — собрать все карты. Ранжирование карт от младшей к старшей следующее: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, В, Д, К, Т. Есть только одно особое правило: шестерка может побить туза.
