PHASE 10 GAME RULES:

Each phase requires specific card combinations - whether sets (cards of matching values), runs (sequential cards), color-matched cards, or creative mixtures. The game progresses through ten distinct phases:

The dealer shuffles thoroughly and distributes 10 cards face-down to each player, keeping hands concealed from opponents.

Completing Phases:

• Phases must be completed sequentially from 1 through 10
• You must hold all required cards before declaring a phase
• Exceeding phase requirements is allowed when adding directly to existing cards
• Only one phase declaration per hand permitted
• Successful phase completion lets you advance; failure means repeating the same phase
• Phase achievement is recorded immediately when declared

Note: Holding a complete phase doesn't force declaration - you must still discard normally.

Going Out:

After declaring your phase, focus on emptying your hand by strategically playing remaining cards.

Remember: Draw one card to begin every turn, and discard one card to finish it.

Scoring System:
