Application Description

Enables you to document collision damage along with any pre-existing vehicle damage.

CitNOW Bodyshop is one of the CitNOW video solutions designed for the automotive industry. It allows users to capture video and still images to document collision damage as well as prior damage—such as smart repairs or retail work—on the relevant vehicle. The CitNOW video can be quickly and easily shared via the app with any insurer or vehicle owner for approval. While recording, the assessor can tap the screen to mark and capture still images of key areas without pausing the video. After completing the video, you have the option to take high-resolution photos, which are linked to the same video. The app lets you enter recipient details, and they will be notified via email or text with a short, mobile-friendly link where they can review and approve the work immediately—saving time and money. CitNOW Bodyshop helps accelerate the approval process, boosts profitability through additional retail upsell opportunities, and creates a clear condition assessment record. It is approved for use by insurers such as Admiral and Aviva.
