GET THE TICKET APP: certain features will become available in future updates.

The IAȘI BILET application is a travel platform provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. It enables you to perform all necessary actions to streamline your public transport experience.

You can purchase travel tickets using your bank card, find the optimal travel route, and view real-time locations of lines, stations, and vehicles on the map.

Once you create an account and link a transport card, you can load travel vouchers directly via the app using online card payment. At any time, you can check your card status and currently active travel entitlements.

Manage multiple transport cards under one account and top up their balance—whether adding e-wallet funds, purchasing new subscriptions, or extending current ones.

After completing purchase, validation, or control actions, users can view a detailed history of all transactions.

Eligible users under applicable legislation may apply for a subsidized profile directly through the app by submitting required documents. Once approved online or at a service counter, they can then request or purchase discounted or free travel tickets via the app.

Legal entities partnered with the transport authority can manage their card portfolios through the web portal or mobile app.

When purchasing a travel pass, when it nears expiration, or when other card actions are performed, users can opt to receive notifications by device or email.

The app helps travelers determine the best route from point A to point B using live vehicle positions.

You can begin your journey from your current location or another map point, and choose your destination by searching for an address, point of interest, station, or by dropping a pin. You can also select previously searched or favorited locations.

The app displays walking time to the nearest station, vehicle arrival times, and total trip duration.

You can save frequently visited locations to a dedicated menu page or via the home screen search. This allows for faster and easier route planning in the future.

The app shows in real time which vehicle to take and notifies you when a line change is needed.

You can view the full route of a line or a single direction on the map, and save favorite lines. You’ll receive alerts if service issues could impact your journey.

On the lines page, search for a specific line and see vehicles in real time along a selected direction.

Select a station from the home screen or a line’s route to view all lines stopping there, along with arrival times. See upcoming schedules for the next three arrivals per line.

Official ticket outlets are displayed on the map. Tap a location to view its opening hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language setting.
