The game boasts a dual progression system: mastery and knowledge points. Mastery points, earned through leveling up and defeating challenging foes, and knowledge points, acquired by completing missions and discovering items, unlock new abilities and weapon upgrades.
Each weapon features a unique upgrade path, fostering personalized combat styles. Players can freely reset their progress, experimenting with different weapon combinations and strategies. Weapons offer unique bonuses; for instance, legendary weapons like the naginata counter otherwise insurmountable attacks.
