Tier 1 – Mostly a nuisance, can be helpful.
Tier 2 – Manageable unless overwhelmed.
Tier 3 – Lethal if you're caught off guard.
Tier 4 – The most dangerous monsters, capable of instantly killing lower-level players.

Gnomes1Inflicts minimal damage and is easily dispatched.
Animal1Each deals minor damage and can be easily picked up. They also eliminate any Gnomes they encounter.
Hidden1Can transport you back to the truck or towards a monster, but does no direct harm.
Shadow Child1Remain unseen by it to stay safe.
Spewer1Once attached, it can be used against other monsters without harming you.
Bowtie2Generally slow, but accelerates when provoked. Its breath causes damage, though easily avoidable.
Peeper2Inflicts minor damage when eye contact is made, but becomes dangerous near other monsters.
Chef2Can roll into each other causing self-destruction. They cannot reach you if you're positioned high up.
Bangers2You have 10 seconds to escape once their dynamite ignites—lethal only if caught in the blast.
Huntsman3Tracks by sound alone, so silence is your ally. However, being shot by it can end your run.
Rugrat3Extremely strong, capable of killing with thrown objects. A vase can be fatal to low-level players.
Upscream3Similar to Animal but inflicts much more damage. Multiple spawns can lead to a quick demise.
Mentalist3Poor vision but acute hearing allows for evasion. Each hit deals 50 damage, and multiple can appear simultaneously.
Trudge3Extremely slow and noisy, but being caught by it is fatal, even with health upgrades.
Reaper4Slow until it spots you, then it accelerates. Audible from a distance, but without health upgrades, it's deadly.
Clown4Charges upon sighting you, equipped with a lethal kick and laser attack.
Robe4Silent and often spots you first. Can navigate under furniture and quickly pursue. Deadly if caught.
Headman4Relentlessly pursues you, each bite dealing 50 damage.
