This coincides with Treyarch's 115 Day celebration of the Zombies community, featuring fan art, cosplay, and a sneak peek at Season 2.
Season 2 promises a new Zombies map, "The Tomb," and much-needed quality-of-life improvements. The 115 Day celebration, a nod to the significant number in the Zombies lore, highlights the enduring popularity of the mode. Treyarch's announcement included details of the Double XP event, effective from January 15th to January 21st at 10 AM PT. This doubled XP applies to player progression, weapons, Battle Pass, and GobbleGum acquisition.

Beyond the XP boost, Treyarch showcased community creations and teased upcoming Season 2 features, including Zombies Directed Mode statistics and the new "The Tomb" map. Despite recent successes, Black Ops 6 has faced challenges, including hacking, bugs, and less-than-stellar limited-time events, resulting in a significant player base decline on some platforms.
