Dark & Darker Mobile slated for soft launch in Canada next month, release in first half of this year

Dark and Darker Mobile's Canadian soft launch is imminent, set for February 5th. A global release is anticipated in the first half of 2024. Pre-registration remains open, with further refinements and new features planned.

Krafton's mobile adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler, Dark and Darker, will initially launch in Canada on February 5th. However, a worldwide launch is scheduled for the first half of this year.

Dark and Darker blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler mechanics. Players, solo or in parties, explore a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to secure loot. Characters encompass a range of fantasy archetypes, including fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.

Following the success of Ironmace's PC version, Krafton secured the mobile adaptation rights. Significant improvements are underway before the global launch.

Enhancements on the Horizon

Planned updates include revisions to the Darkswarm system and dungeon escape mechanics, along with structural overhauls to enhance party gameplay. Class distinctions will be sharpened through improved basic attacks and combat mechanics. Expect an expanded arsenal of weapons and skills.
