The Outlaw Keycard tab within Fortnite's Quests section tracks your progress. Completing Community Quests upgrades the keycard, unlocking progressively better rewards. While the full picture unfolds as challenges are completed, here's what we know so far:
Outlaw Keycard Upgrade Tiers
Common: Unlocks Black Market back rooms upon completing the initial Community Quest. Expect enhanced loot, including potentially Mythic and Exotic items.
Uncommon: Achieved after finishing one Quest, unlocking Black Market back rooms with potentially improved loot.
Rare: Requires completing five Quests. Adds an Outlaw Chest to Black Markets, increasing your chances of valuable finds.
Epic: Completing ten Quests grants this upgrade, allowing you to purchase loadouts directly from NPCs.
Legendary: Unlocks after completing 20 Quests. Guarantees a Legendary item and one Dill Bit from Outlaw Chests.

Completing Community Quests
Successfully upgrading your Outlaw Keycard hinges on completing Community Quests. Here's the first one:
Rob Vaults and Cases: This community challenge requires players to collectively rob Fletcher Kane's gold by looting Vaults across the map. This is a collaborative effort that may take several days to complete.
