Shiny Keldeo and Meltan are now available in Pokémon Home (version 3.2.2 and later), but obtaining them requires completing specific tasks. Simply completing the Pokédexes in Sword & Shield itself is insufficient.

There's no deadline for claiming Shiny Keldeo.
Unlocking Shiny Meltan in Pokémon Home
Similarly, obtaining Shiny Meltan requires completing the Kanto Pokédex in Pokémon Home using Pokémon possessing the Let's Go marker (a Pikachu silhouette above their stats) originating from Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee.
Once the Kanto Pokédex is complete, claim Shiny Meltan via the "Mystery Gift" option. There's no time limit for this reward.
Troubleshooting Pokédex Registration Issues
Some mobile users experience Pokédex registration problems. To resolve this, clear your Pokémon Home app cache:
- Open the app and select the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner of the title screen.
- Choose "Clear Cache."
- Confirm by tapping "OK." This process won't delete your game data.
