Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Rated on Singaporean Website

Authore: NovaUpdate:Feb 26,2025

Fueling the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake rumors: Singapore's rating board has listed "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" for a 2025 release.

This purported remake, encompassing the next two core entries in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise, is slated for a wide range of platforms. The rating board cites Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S as target systems.

While official confirmation remains elusive, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at impending Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025.

Adding to the speculation, Tony Hawk himself mentioned renewed discussions with Activision, revealing they're collaborating on a project. He assured fans it would be something they'd genuinely appreciate.

The overwhelmingly positive reception of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake made a sequel featuring games 3 & 4 seem inevitable. However, Activision's 2021 integration of the THPS remake developer, Vicarious Visions, into Blizzard, shifting their focus to Blizzard projects, created a roadblock.

According to Hawk, the plan to develop 3+4 immediately following 1+2 remained in place until the release of 1+2. The acquisition of Vicarious Visions prompted Activision to seek alternative developers.

Hawk explained in a 2022 Twitch stream that Activision solicited proposals from various studios, but ultimately none met their expectations.

The mystery persists: if a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 remake is indeed in the works—and the rating suggests it is—who's the developer? The Singaporean rating only lists Activision as both publisher and developer. March 4th appears to be the date for further revelations.
