Delta Force Now Available for Pre-Order on Android and iOS

Delta Force, previously known as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, is now open for pre-registration on iOS and Android. This Tencent-developed title, launching late January 2025, aims to revitalize the classic military shooter franchise with a blend of missions, modes, and tactical gameplay.

For those unfamiliar, Delta Force holds a significant place in FPS history, predating even Call of Duty. Inspired by the real-life US military unit, it's known for its realistic action, advanced gadgets, and authentic weaponry.

Level Infinite's revival impressively incorporates diverse gameplay: Warfare mode offers large-scale battles reminiscent of Battlefield, while Operations focuses on extraction-style missions. A single-player campaign, drawing inspiration from the Battle of Mogadishu and the film Black Hawk Down, is also planned for 2025.

Addressing Cheating Concerns:

Despite the anticipation, Delta Force has faced controversy regarding its anti-cheat measures. Tencent's aggressive approach, while intending to combat cheaters, has drawn criticism for its perceived overreach. While less of a concern on mobile platforms, this initial reception could impact the game's overall success.
