Garena's Delta Force: A Modern Take on a Classic Tactical FPS

Get ready for the global launch of Delta Force, courtesy of Garena! Originally known as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, this tactical FPS is launching a PC Open Beta on December 5th, 2024, with mobile open beta following in 2025.

Developed initially by NovaLogic and later taken over by Tencent's TiMi Studios (the creators of Call of Duty Mobile), Delta Force is now being brought to global audiences through a partnership with Garena. The game boasts cross-progression between PC and mobile platforms, with a planned 2025 launch in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Brazil, Central and South America, the Middle East, and North Africa.

What Awaits in Garena's Delta Force?

Delta Force offers two distinct game modes:

Warfare: Engage in large-scale 32v32 battles across land, sea, and air, utilizing squad-based tactics (teams of four).
Operations: Experience high-stakes extraction shooter missions with three-person squads. Scavenge for loot, outwit enemies, and fight to reach the extraction point before time runs out.

Loot gathered can be used in future matches or exchanged for in-game currency. Eliminate opponents to acquire their gear. The maps also feature bosses, restricted areas, and special missions, including a hidden MandelBrick item that unlocks exclusive skins (but reveals your location to other players!).

A Nod to the Past:

Garena and TiMi's Delta Force boasts updated, realistic graphics while maintaining the tactical gameplay that defined the original 1998 release. Fans of the original will find much to appreciate in this modern iteration.
