The Bluey x Fruit Ninja Classic+ collaboration continues longer than expected. If you thought the event was ending on August 13th, prepare for a pleasant surprise - it's now running through September 19th, giving you an extra month to slice fruit with Bluey's signature style.
This extension coincides with the Garden Event, currently live on Apple Arcade. This installment shifts away from the usual frantic chopping gameplay. Using the Agapanthus Wand, you'll need to slice fruit with deliberate precision rather than rapid swipes. Maintaining composure and achieving high scores will unlock Bluey's Backyard, a new collectible reward for your inventory.
For those who've followed the collaboration since its June debut, the variety of content has been impressive. The experience began with Featherwand before progressing through Sticky Gecko, Asparagus, and Fruit Salad events. Each installment connects to Bluey's universe while introducing unique minigames that diverge from traditional Fruit Ninja mechanics.
Originally scheduled to conclude in mid-August as part of Fruit Ninja's 15th anniversary celebration, the overwhelming fan response has not only extended the collaboration but expanded it. The Garden Event represents the fifth chapter in this series, with a sixth surprise event still planned before the finale in September.
