Fans of *Star Wars Jedi: Survivor* were delighted to see new figures included in Hasbro's latest Star Wars toy lineup. Nightsister Merrin is now featured in a new figure, and series protagonist Cal Kestis is part of a three-pack set with Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple interchangeable heads, including a popular handlebar mustache version. According to Houle, this specific look was a top priority for the release.

"We just wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed. We started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean-cut and short beard options. The handlebar mustache is our primary look, and it's just so much fun."

Given Merrin's significance in the *Fallen Order* and *Survivor* saga, it was essential to include her alongside Cal. The challenge lay in accurately capturing her unique Force abilities.

"It's tough to have Cal without Merrin," Reiff explained. "We're thrilled to finally include her, but depicting her Force effect—the green blast—was challenging. We also focused on the intricate details of her new costume and her face tattoos, achieved with inkjet technology. There's a lot of beautiful subtlety in her design, and we know fans are deeply invested in her character and the world she inhabits."

This year's lineup also features two familiar faces: Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite the numerous figures released over the years, Houle insists there's always room for enhancement.

"It's been a while since we've updated them," Houle remarked. "They needed a refresh, so we used entirely new tooling to create figures with the latest articulation, allowing fans to enjoy these classic characters with cutting-edge technology. We've made several updates beyond just articulation, drawing from our experience with Wookiees and their long hair."

Houle continued, "Despite Chewbacca's long hair, we used softer plastics to ensure seamless head movement. For Han, we added articulation to the top of the boot instead of a thigh break to maintain the integrity of the red bars on his thigh. Keeping the design clean was crucial."

Among the standout figures in this lineup is The Ronin, inspired by the anime anthology series *Star Wars: Visions*. True to the series, The Ronin is a black-and-white figure with the only color being his red katana lightsaber. As a Celebration-exclusive release, both Houle and Reiff were meticulous about getting every detail right.

"We stayed true to the source material," Houle said. "We incorporated elements of Japanese culture into the packaging, which is designed to look premium with magnets for opening, clean aesthetics, and hidden accessories. The watercoloring and the overall attention to detail—from packaging to engineering—made this figure special."

Reiff added, "We used Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which is unusual for us, but given our location in Japan, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a unique package for this release."

Hasbro also unveiled a new addition to the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line: a meticulously detailed Death Trooper helmet.

"This is a completely new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff said. "It's designed to look as if it's straight out of the movie, complete with weathering and lighting details. A button on the side controls the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights. We worked closely with Lucasfilm using original files to capture all the details accurately, and we added a detailed interior, something the real helmets never had."
