With years passing since its announcement, enthusiasts are eager for updates. Others anticipate news about potential Bloober Team Silent Hill 2 Remake DLC or future remake projects.
For viewers who missed it, Silent Hill f recently appeared during Sony's State of Play June 2025 showcase. The game's combat focus surprised some fans, as the series traditionally emphasizes psychological horror and environmental storytelling over action elements.
However, producer Motoi Okamoto clarified that Silent Hill f will feature more melee-focused, action-oriented combat compared to 2024's Silent Hill 2 remake. The game launches September 25.
