LEGO Revives Simpsons Collaboration, Unveils Krusty Burger Set

Get ready, LEGO and Simpsons fans! LEGO has just announced the exciting launch of a new Simpsons-themed set: the Krusty Burger. This minifigure-scale set is packed with numerous Easter eggs and references, celebrating the classic era of the beloved TV show. Priced at $209.99, the LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger set is aimed at enthusiasts aged 18 and above. While it's not yet available for preorder, you can mark your calendar for its general release on June 4. If you're a LEGO Insider, you're in luck—early access begins on June 1, and signing up is free and easy.

This marks the first Simpsons-themed LEGO set since 2018, following the release of two small Brickheadz models featuring Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown. Before that, the LEGO Simpsons lineup included just two sets: the 2,523-piece Simpsons house in 2014 and the 2,179-piece Kwik-E-Mart in 2015, both now retired. The announcement of the Krusty Burger set is a thrilling revival of this LEGO franchise, which many thought had ended.

The LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger set contains 1,635 pieces and measures 9 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep. Its design is reminiscent of McDonald's, complete with a drive-thru menu and window. The entire model opens on a hinge, revealing meticulously detailed interiors including a kitchen, a bathroom, and a dining area. Additionally, the set includes two separate buildable elements: the iconic Krusty Burger sign mounted on a tall pole and Homer's Krusty-fied car from the Season Six episode "Homie the Clown."

The set comes with an impressive array of seven minifigures: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Farmer Krusty the Clown, Sideshow Bob, the Squeaky Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou, adding to the fun and playability.

LEGO Insiders who purchase the set from either the online or the brick-and-mortar LEGO Store between June 1 and June 7 will receive a special gift with purchase: a 123-piece set of The Simpsons Living Room, available while supplies last.
