Marvel Rivals Season 1: Hero Data Unveiled Before Fantastic Four Arrival
NetEase has released performance statistics for Marvel Rivals, highlighting the most and least popular heroes during the game's initial month. This data, covering pick rates and win rates across Quickplay and Competitive modes on PC and console, provides a fascinating snapshot before the arrival of the Fantastic Four in Season 1 (launching January 10th).
Jeff the Land Shark emerges as the undisputed Quickplay champion, boasting the highest pick rate across both PC and console platforms. However, when it comes to win rate, Mantis reigns supreme. This Strategist character achieves an impressive win rate exceeding 50% in both Quickplay (56%) and Competitive (55%), outperforming contenders like Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.
The "Hero Hot List" also reveals platform-specific favorites: Cloak & Dagger dominate Console Competitive, while Luna Snow reigns supreme in PC Competitive.
Marvel Rivals: Most Picked Heroes
- Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
- Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
- Competitive (PC): Luna Snow
Conversely, Storm, a Duelist, struggles with abysmal pick rates of 1.66% (Quickplay) and a mere 0.69% (Competitive), largely attributed to player feedback regarding her low damage and frustrating gameplay. Fortunately, NetEase has announced Season 1 balance changes, including significant buffs for Storm, potentially altering her standing considerably. The upcoming changes, along with the introduction of the Fantastic Four, promise a shake-up in the Marvel Rivals meta.
