Marvel Rivals Season 1: A Double-Sized Launch with the Fantastic Four!

Get ready for a massive start to Marvel Rivals! Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, boasts double the content of a typical season. This unprecedented expansion is due to the developers' decision to introduce the Fantastic Four all at once.

This supersized season includes:

Three new maps: Explore iconic New York City locations – the Sanctum Sanctorum (available at launch, featuring the new Doom Match mode), Midtown (for Convoy missions), and Central Park (details to be revealed later).
The Fantastic Four's arrival: Mister Fantastic (Duelist) and Invisible Woman (Strategist) debut on January 10th, with The Thing and Human Torch joining the roster in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks later.

The developers, NetEase Games, confirmed in a recent Dev Vision video that Season 1’s expanded content is a deliberate choice to showcase the Fantastic Four together. While the impact on future seasons' content remains unclear, the current plan is to add two new heroes or villains per season.
