Metaphor: ReFantazio will host an online livestream to commemorate its first anniversary. In a post on ATLUS’ official Western Twitter (X) account on October 8, the studio announced that the anniversary stream will air on October 10 at 9:00 PM PT / 12:00 AM ET / 5:00 AM BST via ATLUS West’s official YouTube channel.

Fans are speculating that an announcement about DLC or a definitive version of the game may be made. However, ATLUS has not yet revealed any details about the topics to be discussed during the livestream.
Given that Metaphor: ReFantazio continues to receive "Very Positive" reviews on Steam and recently earned the Grand Award at the Japan Game Awards 2025, it wouldn’t be surprising if ATLUS announces something significant for this acclaimed title.
