Gameloft has just unveiled a monumental update for Minion Rush: Running Game, ushering in a wave of exciting changes that promise to enhance the gameplay experience significantly. The update introduces a new engine, fresh features, and innovative ways to enjoy the game.
First and foremost, the game has transitioned to the Unity engine, which brings a full visual overhaul. The graphics are now sharper and cleaner, refreshing the once cartoony yet dated runner. Accompanying this visual upgrade is a new user interface designed to be more intuitive and user-friendly.
The most eagerly anticipated addition to Minion Rush is the introduction of the endless runner mode. Players can now access this mode directly from the main menu, offering endless fun and challenges. Moreover, individual abilities for Minions have been removed to streamline the gameplay.
Another highly requested feature is the customization of player profiles. You can now personalize your profile with nicknames, avatars, and frames. The new Costume Collection feature allows players to unlock special bonuses as they collect and showcase their favorite Minion outfits.
The Hall of Jam is a new addition that adds a layer of progression to the game. As players collect bananas during their runs, they'll fill a progress bar that unlocks various rewards, including story puzzle pieces, Minion stickers, G-Coins, gadgets, and costumes.
