- Exclusive Raid Day scheduled for July 12th
- Hisuian Lilligant debuts in raid battles
- Optional event ticket unlocks premium rewards
Nestled between two major Ultra Unlock events, Pokémon Go introduces an exciting surprise. A special Raid Day will mark the debut of Hisuian Lilligant, making its first appearance in battles.
On July 12th between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM local time, Hisuian Lilligant will dominate Pokémon Go raids. This elegant Grass/Fighting-type Pokémon makes its debut alongside a rare shiny variant. Throughout the three-hour event, several bonuses will enhance the raid experience.
From July 11th at 5:00 PM PDT to July 12th at 8:00 PM PDT, trainers can join up to 20 remote raids. During the event, spinning Gym Photo Discs yields up to five additional Raid Passes, totaling six free attempts.
Trainers can purchase an optional $4.99 event ticket for extra perks, including eight additional Gym Passes (14 total), improved Rare Candy XL odds, plus 50% more XP and double Stardust from raids. The Ultra Ticket Box, available at the Pokémon Go Web Store for the same price, combines the event ticket with a Premium Battle Pass.
This floral-themed event bridges the Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration (featuring Hisuian Zorua) and the upcoming Ultra Unlock: Steel and Scales event introducing Honedge's evolutionary line.
The Raid Day continues Pokémon Go's ninth anniversary celebrations, featuring shiny debuts, boosted rewards, and special events commemorating nearly a decade of gameplay. Don't forget to redeem current Pokémon Go promo codes for free in-game items.
