Fans of the time-twisting RPG Reverse: 1999 have exciting news to look forward to with the upcoming livestream scheduled for April 18th. This event will not only celebrate the game's 1.5th anniversary but also offer a sneak peek at the eagerly awaited version 2.5 update, titled 'Showdown in Chinatown'.

The livestream promises to be an engaging experience, hosted in-character by Captain Regulus and the new character, Officer Liang Yue, both appearing in charming chibi form. Viewers can anticipate exciting giveaways, including redeemable codes, and a thrilling competition where participants have the chance to win a Nintendo Switch 2.

While version 2.5 has already been extensively showcased to Chinese players, the international audience is keen to see what's in store. 'Showdown in Chinatown' is set to pay homage to the iconic Hong Kong martial arts films, weaving a dramatic crime thriller narrative centered around the pursuit of an arcanist vigilante.
