If you've taken a break from RuneScape, now’s the perfect time to return to the Crafting Guild. RuneScape has just launched its highly anticipated 110 Crafting update, and it brings a wealth of new content that changes the game in exciting ways. Wondering what’s new? Keep reading to find out.
From 99 to 110: Crafting Reimagined
The Crafting skill cap has officially been raised from 99 to 110—the first major expansion of its kind. This update transforms the entire Crafting experience with fresh materials, innovative mechanics, and powerful new equipment to discover.
At the heart of this expansion is the Starbloom system, a magical new resource chain. You can obtain Starbloom seeds by pickpocketing Master Farmers in Draynor or defeating Vilebloom monsters and Kalphite Kings. Once you have the seeds, use level 100 Farming to grow them into radiant Starbloom Flowers.
These flowers are the key ingredient for Starbloom Cloth, one of the most luxurious materials in all of Gielinor. Head to the reworked Crafting Guild in the south-west of Falador, where you’ll unlock a new crafting method: Drafting and Tailoring.
Using Starbloom Cloth, craft the stunning Starbloom Magic Armour, starting at Tier 85 and upgradeable to Tier 90 for enhanced protection and style.
What Else is New?
The update introduces the Focus Window mechanic, adding a layer of precision to crafting. Timing matters—mistimed actions can damage your work, so stay sharp. But don’t stress: the new Repair Table lets you fix mistakes and preserve your progress.
Crafters can now create a full set of platinum jewellery, including Rings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Amulets, and the brand-new Platinum Anklet. The Anklet adds flexibility to your gear loadouts, and every piece can be enchanted for bonus effects.
Also arriving is the Exquisite Urn, a high-tier item that grants a significant boost to Crafting experience. To craft one, journey to the Everlight Cave dig site and mine Soft Porcelain Clay from hidden shifting streams.
