"Rustbowl Rumble: Meteorfall Series

Slothwerks, the creative minds behind the acclaimed Meteorfall series, have announced their latest venture into the card battler genre with Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble. This new game, the third in the Meteorfall series following Meteorfall (2017) and Meteorfall: Krumit’s Tale (2019), is now open for pre-registration on Android and is slated for release next month.

What’s the Setting?

Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble is a roguelike deckbuilder where quick, rule-bending matches are the norm. Players will engage in fast-paced battles, aiming to impress a bloodthirsty audience by strategically deploying cards. You'll assemble a squad of three heroes from a selection of eight, each equipped with unique decks.

The game boasts over 200 cards, offering the flexibility to customize them with layered upgrades during your run. Wild Cards introduce innovative gameplay mechanics, allowing you to break traditional rules and earn buffs by performing daring feats in the midst of battle.

Outside of combat, players will explore Bramble Town, making strategic decisions such as whether to enhance their deck, train their team, or simply immerse themselves in the town's peculiar ambiance.

Pre-Registration for Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble Is Now Live

Originally announced as Bramble Royale, the game was rebranded to Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble to clarify its identity and distance itself from the battle royale genre. This strategic move effectively links it to the established Meteorfall universe, which is known for its quirky and engaging gameplay.
