SGT. Winter's Location in Fortnite Chapter 6
The initial Wintervestigation Quest sends you to SGT. Winter for a chat. These Quests appear to involve teaming up with Noir to uncover clues and discover new NPCs across the Chapter 6 map.
The Quest tracker will pinpoint SGT. Winter's location, even before you start the match. He's near a plane crash site atop a snowy mountain, east of Warrior's Watch and south of Foxy Floodgate, close to Mariah Carey's concert location.

SGT. Winter patrols near the plane wreckage. He's marked on your map and HUD with a speech bubble. Interact with him to access a menu offering a Holo Twister Assault Rifle, Blizzard Grenade, or conversation options.
Select the magnifying glass icon to initiate dialogue about his Wintervestigation. He'll provide your next mission: find Noir in Seaport City. Completing the conversation rewards you with 25,000 XP.

Surviving and Looting at SGT. Winter's Location
Reaching SGT. Winter isn't easy; it's a popular drop zone. Consider waiting a few days for the crowds to thin. Alternatively, arrive early, land directly on a chest, utilize the plane wreckage for cover, and eliminate opponents. Many players might only have pickaxes, giving you an advantage with a good team and/or some luck with nearby loot.
