Stellar Blade's latest update introduces game-breaking bugs alongside highly anticipated features.
Patch 1.009 Issues & Hotfix
The much-anticipated Patch 1.009, including Photo Mode and NieR: Automata DLC, has unfortunately brought several game-breaking bugs. Players are experiencing softlocks in a main quest and crashes when using the Photo Mode's selfie function. Some cosmetic items also fail to render correctly. Developer Shift Up is working on a hotfix to address these issues. Players are advised to avoid forcing quest progression until the hotfix is released to prevent permanent softlocks.
NieR: Automata Collaboration & Photo Mode Enhancements
The update features a collaboration with NieR: Automata, inspired by the mutual respect and creativity between directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro. Eleven exclusive collaboration items are available through Emil, who has set up shop in the game world.
The highly requested Photo Mode is finally here, allowing players to capture stunning images of Eve and her companions. New photo challenges further enhance this feature. Four new outfits for Eve, a new accessory affecting Tachy Mode, and a "No Ponytail" option have also been added. Additional improvements include lip-sync support for six languages, enhanced auto-aim and bullet magnet functions, and various minor bug fixes.
