Recent Pokémon Go Updates
The announcement follows Pokémon Go's controversial $20 event pass introducing the game's first Golden Bottle Cap - an item that maxes out a Pokémon's IVs to 100%. IGN also discussed with Steranka the game's recent acquisition by Scopely (creators of Monopoly Go!), which is backed by Saudi Arabia's Savvy Games Group. The interview explores how this ownership change may impact Pokémon Go's future direction.
