Latest RuneScape Update Introduces Pharaoh’s Folly Quest
RuneScape has published its April Developer Diary detailing the newest update – Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly. This time-limited quest launches today and remains available until April 28th, challenging players to navigate the treacherous Shifting Tombs alongside allies Leela and Ozan to alter the desert's fate.
Unraveling Menaphos' Crisis
The Kharidian desert descends into turmoil as Menaphos faces internal collapse following Osman’s betrayal. With factions divided and Amascut’s shadowy influence spreading, escaping the Shifting Tombs marks only the first obstacle in this unfolding disaster.
Players won't face these dangers alone – Leela joins the fight alongside new companions, including helpful pets. Together, you'll uncover Menaphos' ancient secrets while investigating Osman's sinister motives.
Exclusive Quest Rewards
Successful completion of Pharaoh’s Folly grants substantial Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious "The Rabble-Rouser" title, and Leela’s Favour bracelet. This unique accessory provides teleportation access to all Menaphos districts, Sophanem slayer dungeon, Shifting Tombs, and active soul obelisks.
Quest Requirements
This challenging adventure demands Slayer level 87, completion of Beneath Scabaras’ Sands, and progress through Phite Club’s Do No Evil questline. Players must also construct specific Fort Forinthry structures before meeting Leela at Menaphos' gates.
