Obtaining Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren:
The journey begins with collecting five Runekeys:

Whirling Runekey: Defeat Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber during a storm. He's almost guaranteed to drop the key.

Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a storm is active.

Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from any chest on Siren's Isle. Unlike the others, this doesn't require a storm.

Cyclonic Runekey: Fish anywhere on Siren's Isle during a storm, or it may drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: Find three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
- Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (ghost is cowering).
- Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (ghost offers the fragment).
With all five Runekeys in hand, return to the Forgotten Vault only during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during other phases won't trigger the ritual. Proceed to the vault's eastern chamber.
