To purchase the expansion, head to the Carpenter's Shop located in the Eastern Road area. While technically available from your first year, reaching specific milestones significantly streamlines the process.
Before you can buy the expansion, you'll need to help the town reach Rank 55 by accumulating Renown points. This rank also unlocks the Stone Refinery repair quest, crucial for obtaining some of the necessary materials. So, focus on boosting your town's rank!
Once Rank 55 is achieved, it’s time to gather the expansion's resources. Be prepared; this is a substantial investment!
How to Build the Farm Expansion in Fields of Mistria

Prepare yourself for a hefty investment: 40,000 Tesserae. Maximize your earnings through diligent gathering, farming, and quest completion. Explore the Mines frequently, fish regularly, and donate to the Museum—every little bit helps!
Next, you'll need 50 Refined Stone. This requires repairing the Stone Refinery (unlocked at Town Rank 55) and the Inn.
Finally, gather 50 Hard Wood. This is the easiest requirement. Use your Copper Axe to harvest Hard Wood from large tree stumps around your farm. Balor's Cart (on specific days) and Museum donations also provide this resource.
Once you've amassed the Tesserae, Refined Stone, and Hard Wood, return to the Carpenter's Shop and purchase the expansion. Your farm will expand eastward, complete with a new bridge!
