Pokemon Center Hiroshima Relocates, Unveils Gyarados Plaza
Pokemon Center Hiroshima will temporarily close in March 2025, reopening at a new location in April 2025. Simultaneously, a Gyarados-themed playground, "Gyarados Plaza by Pokemon Center Hiroshima," will debut in March.
New Location for Pokemon Center Hiroshima
The store's new address will be the second floor of Ekie, Hiroshima Station's north exit. Currently situated on the sixth floor of Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building, the store, open since June 2015, will undergo a significant relocation.
Gyarados Plaza Opens at Hiroshima Station
The Gyarados Plaza will open March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza, part of the new Minamoa building at Hiroshima Station. This playground, featuring large Gyarados-themed play equipment, is designed for all ages. Initially, reservations will be required to access the playground equipment; details will be released on the official Minamoa website.
Nationwide Poke-lun TV Event
To celebrate Poke-lun TV surpassing 1 million subscribers, a nationwide event will take place at Pokemon Centers across Japan (excluding Pokemon Stores, Pokemon Center Online, Pokemon Cafe, and Pikachu Sweets by Pokemon Cafe) from January 17th to February 16th, 2025.
Participants can receive an exclusive sticker by presenting a password obtained from a specific Poke-lun TV YouTube video (uploaded December 19, 2024). Select Pokemon Centers (Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa) will also feature Poke-lun TV studio photo opportunities.
